About Course
The course on Leading Teams will help you learn best practices to create team designs and structures, align individual and team goals, establish norms and roles, and foster free expression of concerns and challenges without creating dysfunctional conflicts to harness the productive potential of teams. You will gain insights into improving the quality of teamwork in virtual teams. As an effective team leader, you must be skilled in handling social interactions and interpersonal behaviour.
