About Course

This course will teach you critical behavioural insights about managing and leading change. These include how to align key stakeholders around the change objective, how to diagnose and address resistance adequately, how to create a change team that works collaboratively to pursue the change plan, how to energise different individuals and groups to carry out the requisite actions and communicate to build clarity and confidence. Ultimately, this course will prepare you to lead change confidently and effectively to respond to new opportunities and challenges.
